vb11's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Let gaming be a source of joy, not a burden. vb11 is committed to ensuring a safe and balanced gaming experience for you — set the right limits, stay informed, and seek support when needed.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
vb11 believes that online gaming should be entirely enjoyable and controlled. Responsible gaming means adopting an attitude where gaming never overshadows the other important aspects of life — family, work, and health. The safety and mental well-being of every player on our platform is our highest priority.
Every adult in Bangladesh aged 21 or above can register on vb11. However, we firmly believe that gaming should never cause financial stress. That is why we provide you with the necessary tools and information so you can play consciously and within limits.
Responsible gaming means more than just setting limits — it is an overall mindset. Knowing your budget, managing your time, and accepting losses calmly are all part of playing responsibly. Whenever you feel gaming is getting out of control, use our support tools right away.
Safety Tools
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily close your account for a set period using the self-exclusion tool. Options are available from 7 days up to longer-term breaks. Logging into your account will not be possible while exclusion is active.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, depositing beyond that amount will not be possible. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing it requires some waiting time. Our minimum deposit is just ৳100.
Session Time-Out
Set a session time limit to avoid the habit of playing for long stretches at a time. When the set time is up, the system will automatically notify you. This feature helps you take regular breaks and stay refreshed.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum daily or weekly loss limit. Once that limit is reached, the system will not allow you to place any more bets. This is an effective way to protect your finances and guard against unexpectedly large losses.
Reality Check
At regular intervals, a pop-up message will remind you how long you have been playing and what your total wins and losses are. These alerts help keep you connected to reality.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-language live chat support team is always by your side for any gaming-related concerns. If you or someone close to you is worried about gaming, feel free to reach out to us at any time.

21+ Age Limit Verification
To create an account and enjoy gaming on vb11, you must be 21 years of age or older. This is a fundamental condition of responsible gaming in the context of Bangladesh.
We follow an age verification process at registration. If evidence of use by a minor is found on any account, that account will be closed immediately. Allowing an underage child to use your account is strictly prohibited.
Our request to parents — keep your devices and online accounts secure, use strong passwords, and keep your login details away from your children.

How to Set Limits
Using the responsible gaming tools on vb11 is very straightforward. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your account
Log in to vb11 and go to your profile settings. There you will find the "Responsible Gaming" section.
Choose your preferred limits
Deposit limit, loss limit, or session time limit — you can set one or more limits at the same time according to your needs.
Set the amount and duration
Daily, weekly, or monthly — choose any time period and a specific amount that fits your budget.
Confirm the changes
Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take some time for security reasons, to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Get support when needed
If you have any questions about the settings or want to request self-exclusion, let us know directly via live chat — we will assist you promptly.
Tips for Balanced Gaming
Keep entertainment as the goal
See gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income. Only bet an amount whose loss would have no impact on your daily life.
Manage your time
Set a time limit before you start playing. Take regular breaks, spend time with family, and pay attention to other hobbies.
Set a budget
Set a fixed budget for gaming each month and do not go beyond it. If you make a loss, treat it as the cost of entertainment — never try to recover it.
